The King of all Posts
What can I say about Bob? Some will say he's opinionated, pig-headed and won't
listen to reason. ;) Others see him as helpful, knowledgeable, funny and a good guy. Well, one thing's for sure
he's ElantraClub's most prolific poster. Sure, some of those posts were back in the free-wheeling, chat-based "At Work"
days but the majority of his posts are informative and useful. Love him or leave him, he definitely is an integral part of
EC. I'm glad I was able to showcase him this way. - Mitch

Hello, I’m Bob. Better known
as “Bobzilla, wrecker of threads”. I’ll be 34 here shortly and was born and raised in rural central Indiana.
Spent 2 and a half years at Indiana State University as a Music Education major before coming to the conclusion that teaching
was not in the cards for me. Since then, I have worked at Wal-mart (everything from cleaning floors to a dept. manager), McQuiks
(now called Q-lube), in a plastic injection molding factory, loading freight onto aircraft, at a steel mill running massively
large equipment (31-ton capacity forklifts and overhead cranes that you rode in capable of 20-tons), loading trucks, working
in a warehouse for John Deere parts, 3 years at Auto Zone (2 years as a salaried Assistant Manager), 3 years at a Hyundai/Kia/Suzuki/Daewoo
dealer on the northside of Indianapolis and finally at my present employer, Ed Martin Acura. Four places shut down
or downsized me. The others were stepping stones for me to get where I am today.

I am happily married of almost 5 years to my beautiful wife Jen. She teaches Functional Academics, which for the rest
of us means she teaches extremely difficult kids. Emotionally Disabled, Autistic, Downs and MS are all in her classroom. We
have two girls, our 5 year old Border Collie mix Maya and the "puppy" Sadie who is a sheltie/shephard/retriever mix. We really
have no intention of having two legged kids at this time in our lives.
I am an only child, and an only grandchild. I am still very close to my parents. Since I was the only kid, that allowed
my parents to travel with me all over this beautiful country. I have only the Northeastern US to “conquer” to
achieve visiting all 50 States, Canada and Mexico. My in-laws live in Tucson and we try to visit them every couple of years.
As far as automobiles go, I’ve been around them and fixing them as long as I can remember. I come from a long
line of “tinkerers” that love to take things apart and make them better. I’ve personally owned a 1984 Tempo
5-spd, a 1989 Caprice 9C1 police car, a 1993 GMC Sierra Ext Cab truck, a 2000 Sonoma 4cyl 5-spd, my 1989 Chevy 1500 truck,
my Elantra, wife's 00 Accent, our 06 GMC Crew Cab and the toy, 1994 Suzuki Swift GT. Every vehicle I’ve had in my possession
had been modified and repaired by me! My wife’s Rav4 that caught on fire turned me from Toyota and the Suzuki Grand
Vitara we replaced it with made me a believer in them.
I'm an auto-x'er, looking to get into SCCA Club Racing (road racing). Auto-x'd the Elantra for my the first two years
before building the Swift to take it's place. Lots of good experience there in suspension tuning and tire sizes/styles/applications.
I'm very active in the Indy Region, where I am the Tech chief for the solo group.
I’m a fun guy, opinionated and I have more useless information stuck in my head than any one person should ever
be forced to have! That’s me, take love me or hate me that’s how I am. - Bob
