Rear Strut Bar Install (Sedan) by sed
This is a relatively simple install and will serve to improve the car's handling a bit.
Tools needed
1. 12mm Socket
2. Ratchet
3. 10mm socket
4.
Upholstery tool or small flat blade screwdriver.
5 14mm socket
Time Total Installed: 25 minutes
The Project
First you need to remove the two bolster hold down
bolts at the bottom of each seat bolster.
The bolsters can now be lifted strait up and out of the car.
Now
you need to remove the black plastic lining by removing the 7 black plastic clips and two screws on the bottom of each.
Now,
remove the two gray clips from the rear shelf hold down brackets.
Now, slide the tower brace from the middle
of the rear seat back, directly below the odd clip towards the left.
You'll have to rotate it 90° so that the bends
face you to get it in, then rotate it again so the bends face the ground to get it to fit.
Now, unbolt the three upper
strut mounting bolts and fit your bracket on.
Bolt the bracket down to the strut tower using the strut upper mounting
nuts/bolts.
Bolt up the bar and install is done.
Clean everything up and reinstall all pieces you took off.

This mod actually raises the limits of the car, so you only feel it towards the end, but
it's a higher end. For less than a 100 bucks, I would go for it if you have done other suspension mods like the rear sway
bar and front strut brace first on your sedan. - shawn
