I love the gauges on my '02 GT. They are simple, easy to read (other than the trip computer readout with sun glare) and the blue/purple lights are great. On the other hand, one way to give your interior a custom look is going to an aftermaket gauge package or even those racy looking gauge pods. Shark Racing and KSpec offer some gauge products for the GT. One really interesting product are those A-pillar gauge pods like the one seen on GT FiRe's car. His pod was actually taken from a Dodge Neon. For those looking for a an easier upgrade, our friend Craig at Compact Divisions has the answer. He has Elantra OEM A-pillars with a molded gauge pod for standard 2- 2 1/16" gauges.  These are primed, ready for paint and cost $80.
