Keep it Cool
Hood spacers are a particulary popular mod in Korea. The idea
is simple. By adding these spacers to the back of your hood you create a small air vent for your engine bay. This allows for
cooler temps under the hood which may really help that CAI perform! There are several options for hood spacers. One way is
to simply add washers ala our easy hood spacer DIY. Or you can purchase an inexpensive hood spacer kit from Shark Racing or KSpec. Keep in mind you will see a noticeable body
gap between the back of the hood and the front fender after the spacers are added.
