Driving in Style
There is an increasing number of press-on chrome kits for
the GT/GLS. Currently these kits are available for the door handles, side-mirrors and now the front grill (GLS only). The
chrome look adds a classy touch that's especially suited for the GLS models. My own opinion is less chrome is better
for the GT but, as always, it's all about personal choice. The door handle kits are available from Shark Racing and KSpec.
The handle kit costs around $45 to $50 for a set of 4. The mirror kits are available from KSpec for about $50 shipped.The
chrome grill slat kits are available from newcomer Global Auto Shop for less than $40 shipped. All the kits use sturdy, 3M acrylic
foam automotive for attachment.
