The standard disc brake rotors on the GT (ventilated front,
solid rear) are decent enough but do seem fairly prone to warpage. Those looking for an upgrade in this area have quite a
few options out there. One very interesting option for the GT are the slotted and cross-drilled aftermarket rotors from
DBA. Our friends at PSC have these rotors in stock. With the cross-drilling
and slotting on these rotors, you can expect to see better stopping force and less fade even after repeated heavy braking.
